About NTE and Philips CSI
In 2002, Robert Bosch GmbH acquired Philips Communications and Security Inc. Since that time Bosch have gradually rebranded and developed the established Philips Communications and Security product range.

While many older Philips products such as the SM30, SQ40 and SQ45 are no longer manufactured, Bosch's evergreen policies enable NTE to offer clients an upgrade path for their legacy equipment, which allows their business to maximise its investment in technology and prolong the life of equipment.

Our managed installation service ensures that your equipment is installed and commissioned to exactly suit your requirements. This is an international service available to all clients.

Commissioning your equipment
Many customers have their own installation teams, but appreciate NTE's assistance in commissioning systems prior to service. Our Bosch accredited engineers will commission your system in accordance with current regulatory standards and will provide peace of mind during those critical final stages before going live.

In addition, your employees can make an enormous contribution to the success of your technology investment. Our commissioning engineers can work closely with your staff to ensure that the technology delivers real benefit throughout the organisation. This is an international service available to all clients.

White label services
Many of our clients are international companies who simply do not have the in-house, specialist knowledge to install or commission Bosch equipment, so we can do this for you.
